I built businesses, raised a family, stayed married, and achieved more than most people ever do. By every external measure, I had “made it.”
But underneath it all, something didn’t feel right.
I was performing a version of myself I had learned early in life — the one who kept the peace, achieved, and held everything together. And while that identity built a successful life… it wasn’t truly mine.
Then in 2008, everything unravelled.
I lost millions, my identity collapsed, and I found myself facing a question I had spent decades avoiding: Who am I if I stop performing?
What followed wasn’t a quick fix. It was a decade of deep inner work — rebuilding myself from the ground up, learning how to regulate my emotions, reclaim my identity, and live in alignment with who I actually am.
Today, my life is simpler, more honest, and more fulfilling than anything I built before.
And now, I help others do the same —
to stop performing, reclaim who they really are, and build a second chapter that truly feels like theirs.
